We currently serve Manhattan and the Bronx, providing convenient and reliable laundry services for busy individuals like you.
Our dedicated team understands the unique demands of city life, ensuring prompt pickups and deliveries that fit seamlessly into your schedule. Let us take care of your laundry so you can focus on what matters most!

1. Fill out our simple booking form and schedule a pickup with a date and time that works best for you.
2. Given your chosen date, we’ll pick up your laundry and asses what you’ve given us. An invoice will be emailed to you shortly.
3. We’ll wash and/or dry clean your clothes with the utmost care, taking into account any special instructions you have provided to us if any. Your laundry will receive exceptional care.
4. Once your invoice has been paid and within 24 (for washing) to 48 (for dry cleaning) hours, we'll deliver your perfectly clean clothes back to your door.

We don’t have any restrictions on the types of items you can include in your pick-up! You can include all your clothing items, and our team will ensure they are handled with care. For specific pricing details, please check out our website. If you have any questions about whether dry cleaning is the better option for certain items, feel free to ask our driver during pick-up!

Our turnaround time for wash-and-fold service is the next day, while dry cleaning is completed within 2 business days. We strive to provide quick and efficient service without compromising on quality.

We don’t have a formal cancellation policy, but we ask for a 6-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a pick-up. We also offer the flexibility to swap your scheduled time on the same day, making it easy to accommodate your changing plans. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Our "Take a Number!" represents a digital "Tag" that allows our system to track our orders better, so there is no miscommunication with our drivers and the laundromat. For you as a customer, this is simply a random choice that does not affect your bookings.
